- 9 out of 10 users find some benefit in the online shopping process, mainly due to the ability to compare prices beforehand (75%) and the option to pay in interest-free installments (40%).
- Today, 4 out of 10 choose to store sensitive information on devices, especially those with higher purchasing power and under 45 years of age.
- Confidence in online transactions remains high: 71% feel secure conducting them through their bank and 75% when making purchases from their smartphone.
- Increasingly, more users mention knowing what "data cloud" (cloud) is.
- They take special precautions regarding their children's Internet use. On average, they indicate two measures: talking about the risks and reviewing browsing history.
