How to request phone support

Please have your account information ready when you call Support. To help you as quickly as possible, we need information about the issue with your SSL certificate and your server environment.
Voice messages
In cases where Support staff are assisting other cases, leave a detailed message that includes:
- Full name
- Organization
- Contact phone number
- Support case number (if the call is related to an existing case)
- Brief description of the problem
Messages are typically answered within 30 minutes or less. The response may be by phone, email, or both, depending on what you specified when creating your support request.
